SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United States only.

Production Time

Standard custom orders are generally completed within 3–5 business days after payment and usable artwork are received. Special-order garments, large orders, or artwork requiring adjustments may take 7–10 business days.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free Economy shipping.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Carrier Delays

Thomas Reuben Brand, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has shipped. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at ali_aka_jandro@yahoo.com so we can help investigate the issue.
